Travel Information and Firearms
Only a valid passport is required to visit Zimbabwe . There are no health hazards in Zimbabwe and therefore no inoculations are required. You will automatically be issued a temporary import/export permit for your firearms at your port of entry to Zimbabwe . There are no restrictions on ammunition, unless you will be hunting one of the "Big Five". We recommend any caliber in the 270 - 300 range. A good variable scope is essential. The transportation is by hunting car, but in some instances, we still suggest a private charter to save hunting time. Major centres offer several scheduled flights per day. Hunting licenses are obtained for you. We have no hidden charges. Some species require a CITIES import and export permit. We will assist you with obtaining these once your safari is confirmed. We automatically arrange comprehensive insurance on your behalf for your trophies while they are in transit.

Terms & Conditions
A deposit of 50% of the total daily rates for the duration of the safari is required to confirm the booking.
The balance is payable 90 days before the safari. All payments are to be made in cash or traveller cheques only.
Trophy fees are payable on all animals killed or wounded and lost, prior to departure.
Deposits are not refundable, however by negotiation, can be transferred or carried over to the following season.
Every reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and good health of clients will be taken. However, no liability will be accepted for injury, loss or illness, before, during or after the safari.
We recommend both reliable taxidermists and/or shipping agents. Should you decide to use your own, no responsibility whatsoever will be accepted by us for any loss or damage occurring to your trophies prior to, during or after packing, shipping, tanning and mounting.

Daily Rates Include
Accommodation in the hunting area.
Laundry, meals and soft drinks.
Transport whilst in the hunting area.
Service of a licensed Professional Hunter, trackers & skinners.
Field preparation of trophies & transport to taxidermist.
Service of a four wheel drive hunting vehicle.

Daily Rates Exclude
Accommodation before & after safari.
Immediate transport of trophies to taxidermist $500.00
2% Government Tax (charged on total daily rates and total trophy fees).
Trophy fees on animals killed or wounded.
Sterilization, packing and shipping of trophies.
Air Charter to and from hunting area.
Vehicle transfers: Harare, Camp, Harare = $1000 round trip, per vehicle.
Cities tags: $100 per tag.
Medical Air rescue services $150 per safari, per client.
